Alongside his wife Jeanne, who plays a vital role in the dealership’s community outreach and customer care efforts, the two lead with a strong sense of family, integrity, and Southern hospitality. As a leader, visionary, and mentor, Chris Cain has established himself as a prominent figure in the automotive industry for more than 30 years. Since becoming the managing partner at Toyota of Sylacauga in November 2020, he has not only achieved remarkable sales growth but also set a new standard for community involvement and customer service.

Under his leadership, Toyota of Sylacauga has experienced a threefold increase in sales over the past four years, capturing an astounding 122 percent market share. This unprecedented achievement has set records within Southeast Toyota sales. This success reflects Cain’s dedication to customer satisfaction, ethical business practices, and innovative sales strategies. His dealership offers a full range of new and pre-owned vehicles, supported by a knowledgeable and friendly team across both sales and service departments.

Relocating to rural Alabama has strengthened Cain’s commitment to giving back to his community. He supports more than 20 nonprofit organizations annually through his dealership. His philanthropic efforts include adoption drives with the Sylacauga Animal Shelter and Sylacauga City Schools, where contributions have exceeded 70 thousand dollars. In recognition of these efforts, Toyota of Sylacauga has received three prestigious chairs from the Sylacauga City Schools Foundation. His achievements were featured in the May 2023 National Automobile Dealers Association newsletter, as highlighted by SylacaugaNews.com. Cain’s service on the board of the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce further underscores his dedication to civic and educational causes.

A key partnership with broadcast partner Radio Alabama allows Cain to amplify his message of community goodwill while promoting the dealership. This collaboration has helped maintain a strong public image and foster community engagement through on-site events, food drives, and high school sports sponsorships. He resides on a large farm with his wife of 32 years, Jeanne, and their eight adopted dogs. The Cains have two children and six grandchildren.
